Please obey the following important guidelines when preparing your final submission for the official proceedings:
Please format your manuscript according to the instructions provided here.
IMPORTANT! Please do not exceed the page limit set for your corresponding type of submission (i.e. 10 pages for the research track, etc...)
IMPORTANT! Please remove any page numbering.
Your accepted paper(s) will be published in the IEEE Digital Library, and will be accessible through IEEE Xplore. Thus, please make sure that your camera-ready submission complies with the IEEE PDF standards.
In order to make your job easier, IEEE provides a service called IEEE PDF eXpress, which authors can use to check/ensure compliance of their PDF files (see below).
PDF eXpress is a free service provided by IEEE, in order to assist you in converting your PDFs and ensuring compliance with publishing requirements of your submission(s). In order to access this service, use this link, and use icsm2010x as the conference ID.
More detailed information about using PDF eXpress can be found by clicking on the following links:
Please use the following naming convention for your PDF file:
<surname_of_first_author> + <first_significant_word_of_title> + "-CameraReady.pdf"
Example: for a paper entitled "Decomposing Object Oriented Class Modules" by John Doe, the name of the PDF file should be "DoeDecomposing-CameraReady.pdf"
As a standard step in the publication process of your contribution, you will be required to sign this standard IEEE Copyright and Consent Form. Please prepare and submit a scanned version of the filled out and signed form, along with the camera ready version of your submission.
All papers and the scanned copy of the copyright form should be sent as PDF attachments, to the following e-mail address: email@example.com The deadline for the submission of the camera ready version of your paper(s) is August 15, 2010, 23:59 GMT.
If you have further questions please send your inquiries to firstname.lastname@example.org.
