ICSM 2010 Registration Fees

1. The ICSM registration fee includes:

• participation to all ICSM sessions, except the "closed-door" PhD Symposium (that is, if you are not a PhD student accepted for the symposium);
• participation kit, including the ICSM proceedings (on an USB stick) and ... a cool surprise;
• four lunches ;
• participation in all the social events, whereby this year ICSM will have for the first time three social events included in the registration fee (banquet, reception, wine tasting) ;
• coffee-breaks on four days, whereby at ICSM 2010 we will provide a continuous coffee-break (i.e. you will be able to get coffee, cookies, fruit, ice-cream etc. at any moment you wish, and not only during the "official" time slots assigned for breaks);
• access to the university stadium (for jogging);
• access to the free WiFi which is available almost everywhere in and around the ICSM venue.

2. You are qualified to apply for a "member fee" if you are an IEEE member. Additionally, for the ICSM registration fee (and only for it!), you qualify for the "member fee" if you are the presenting author of a paper accepted in any of the ICSM tracks.

3. You are qualified to apply for a student fee if you are registered in a university as a full-time student, and can provide evidence of this fact. In principle "full-time student" means that your only income comes from your position as a student. To get the student reduced fee, please send proof of full-time student status (e.g. copy of student card, letter from your university etc.) to info@icsm2010.upt.ro or by fax: +40 256 244834.
